The Nundle Art Exhibition is conducted annually in November and draws artist from a wide area of New South Wales. Nundle is situated 50km south of Tamworth and attracts many tourists to this beautiful country towm.
River Quiver is a major environmental wind responsive artwork made by 180 children from five local schools around Murrurundi in the Upper Hunter, designed and coordinated by artists from the Jennifer Turpin Studio in Sydney. Many volunteers assisted in the workshops to produce the display and local artist Rodney Swansborough assisted by Gilly Paterson, created a river sound scape from recordings conducted in a series of sound workshops with the local schools.

Roslyn Robinson Art - Roslyn Robinson (who is Rodney Swansborough's twin sister) is a highly respected artist from Victoria, Australia. She has successfully completed a three year degree in Visual Arts at Monash University and has held a number of successful exhibitions in Victoria. Roslyn regularly undertakes commissioned work and her art works are for sale.

 

 

 

 

 

Upstairs Art Gallery and Student Exhibition 2007: Upstairs Art Studio and Gallery was officially opened on Sunday 9th December, 2007 by Brad Franks, the Arts Centre Manager of the Muswellbrook Regional Arts Centre. Over 70 students works were exhibited as well as a number of works by Rodney Swansborough. Brian Duck won the inaugural student winner award, and Gilly Paterson and Theresa Byrne both recieved commendation awards. The student exhibition was judged by local water colour artist Jean Davies.
